He Walks, She Rocks

An 885 km journey on the Bruce Trail in support of the MS Society of Canada
There are many ways to participate in the He Walks, She Rocks* journey. Here are a few (but please feel free to contact us if you have any other ideas):
This journey is about raising money for people living with MS. Please consider making a contribution in whatever amount you feel comfortable. Every little bit helps.
If you live in a community along the Bruce Trail, there’s a good chance Bri-anne will be performing somewhere close by. Please check out the Shows page for all the latest details.
We will have posters available for download soon. You can also forward the link http://www.hewalkssherocks.ca in an email. The best thing to do though, is just grab a few of your friends and family members and come on down!
We will be sending out occasional email updates and regular postings on Twitter. For the more tech-friendly (geeky), you can also subscribe to this website’s RSS feed.
To maximize the funds to the MS Society, we are both taking over a month off our “day jobs” and self-financing the expenses of the journey. We are happy to do this. However, if you, your business, or maybe even your very wealthy uncle (everybody needs one) would like to help, we would love to hear from you.
If you would like to join Jason for part of the walk he would love the company (885 km is a loooong way to walk on your own). Contact us to make arrangements.
The success of this trip will be heavily dependent on the kindness of strangers (or friends not yet met) along the Bruce Trail. We will need food to eat and places to rest. If you would be willing to take in a couple of weary travelers for a short time, please get in touch! We’re super cool and are very, very good at washing dishes.
Coffee Table the Cat is looking after our Facebook page and both Jason & Bri-anne make regular updates on Twitter. Fan us, follow us, stalk us…whatever! And then tell all your Facebook and Twitter friends to do the same! The larger our social media network, the easier it is for us to get the word out and the more money we can raise for the MS Society. It also increases the likelihood of us getting asked over for dinner (please see #7).
